Job summary
Do you have the Passion, Drive and Ability to deliver high quality compassionate care? We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Nurses for Complex Care to join us as permanent members within our friendly and integrated Hinckley & Bosworth Community Nursing teams.
Main duties of the job
Our Nurses for Complex Care work as part of the team to lead registered and non-registered nurses, taking overall responsibility for the assessment, management and evaluation of care delivered to our patients. Our Nurses for Complex Care work with District Nurses, Senior District Nurses, Senior Nurses for Complex Care, Community Services Matrons and other MDT members to deliver high quality care. You will have responsibility for performance and clinical activity in relation to patient safety, effectiveness of care interventions and patient experience. We offer a formal in-service training programme to facilitate your professional development and you will be fully supported by your senior leadership team to undertake formal training modules to fully meet the requirements of the job. You will also actively participate in regular supervision and appraisal review and as part of your induction to the job, you will spend time working alongside other Nurses for Complex Care across the community nursing service.
