CAMHS The Beacon provides inpatient care for up to 15 young people aged between 13-17 years old. We are passionate about supporting young people with complex needs.

We are looking for Health Care Support Workers who are caring, compassionate and genuinely interested in working with patients.

The wards provide multidisciplinary support and care planning to patients with complex medical and rehabilitation needs. We provide high quality and compassionate care to our service users.

Main duties of the job

Main Duties

Attached to this vacancy is a Job and Person specification for the role. In short, the roles are about supporting the qualified nursing staff and the wider multi-disciplinary team in the delivery of direct patient care and supporting patients in maintaining their health and wellbeing.

Our services to patients are on a 24/7 basis and you will be expected to work a variety of shift patterns. We try and accommodate individual needs through flexible working, but cant guarantee we can accommodate every request.
