Job summary
This is a six month interim post for a senior role reporting directly to our Executive Medical Director/Chief Medical Officer (EMD/CMO) and will play a key role in driving forward our vision to deliver outstanding mental health, learning disability and autism services and shaping our inclusive culture in line with our Trust values.
Main duties of the job
Through highly visible medical leadership, you will play a lead role in the development of activities specifically in areas of Research, Quality Improvement, patient safety, appraisal and revalidation, development of clinical leadership, supporting workforce development and embedding a culture of leadership and innovation through all levels of the organisation.
