There are plenty of opportunities to work in a true multi agency way to help deliver a whole system offer that communicates that all children and young people matter and that their emotional wellbeing and mental health needs are understood and supported with kindness, compassion and high quality and safe care.

These posts will be responsible for providing high quality mental health assessments and therapeutic interventions for adolescents and families using evidence-based interventions.

To be responsible for and manage a defined caseload and undertake case management responsibilities within the caseload.

Providing consultation, advice, and training to a wide range of agencies.

About us

As a service we prioritise staff wellbeing and are active in ensuring that our team values are demonstrated in practice and are a vital part of our working culture. Working hours are generally Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, though there is plenty of opportunity to work flexibly as we are looking to expand our opening hours as part of our service transformation plans and work around your unique needs as an employee.

We are always interested in hearing new ideas and creative ways of working to meet the needs of our service users and support quality improvements, therefore your voice does matter and will be included in key service developments.

The roles available are extremely varied and as a service we are interested in playing to your clinical strengths and developing your clinical interests and skills. You will receive ongoing support through regular monthly clinical supervision and separate line management support. You will also be actively encouraged to be part of peer supervision and will have the opportunity in your job plan to attend specialist treatment modality consultations. As part of your professional development, you will be supported in pursing and attending relevant in-house training and will have external opportunities to embark on further professional qualifications relevant to the post.
