Pennine Care NHS Foundation Trust are seeking a Head of Capital and Estates Technical within their Capital, Estates and Facilities Team.
Main duties of the job
The Head of Capital and Estates Technical will act as a deputy for the Director of Capital, Estates & Facilities. Th post holder will lead on all strategic capital & estates technical and compliance matters within the Trust and the wider Greater Manchester area.
Providing professional advice and leadership throughout the design and construction of new or refurbished estate and all matters relating to property asset management with new or existing legal agreements.
Leading on all estate statutory requirements in the safe, efficient and effective estate and equipment management for patients, staff, visitors and all service users.
The Postholder with lead on the development and management of the Trust Capital Plan and reporting directly to Capital Planning Group and represent the Trust across GM on capital matters.

- Membership of recognised professional institution relevant to the role such as RICS, RIBA, CIBSE, IHEEM, CIOB etc.
Experience

- Experience in deputising at Director level and being part of the senior E&F team
Desirable
- Prior experience of completing NHS ERIC and PAM returns

- Specific knowledge of NHS financial and procurement procedures relevant to all aspects of E&F.
