An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to provide support to the Older Adult Home Intervention and Treatment service within Bury. This team aims to provide a multi disciplinary, 'hospital at home' approach to patients experiencing a mental health crisis. Our objective is to alleviate pressure on psychiatric admissions by supporting patients, and their carers, through exploring new treatment plans.

We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to support high quality delivery of our busy service. The successful candidate will be expected to provide a full range of secretarial assistance and administrative support to all team members, including inputting and modifying data onto patient records, copy and audio typing, filing, photocopying, maintaining diaries, arranging and minute taking for meetings and supporting the leadership team.
This is a very varied role and you will be required to work flexibly in order to meet the day to day demands. You will need to deal with telephone enquiries efficiently and professionally, providing an appropriate and courteous response, passing on to the relevant colleague or taking messages when required. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent keyboard skills.
As a crucial part of our team you will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative.

The postholder will be based within the Ribchester Centre on Parsons Lane, Bury. This is a full time position and working hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm.
