An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Team Administrator to provide support to the Tameside and Glossop Learning Disability/Autism Diagnosis Service. We are a multi disciplinary team providing health care and autism diagnosis based at Hollingworth Clinic.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking to appoint a highly motivated, enthusiastic individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to support high quality delivery of our busy service. The successful candidate will be expected to provide a full range of secretarial assistance and administrative support to all team members, including inputting and modifying data onto patient records, copy and audio typing, filing, photocopying, maintaining diaries, arranging and minute taking for meetings and supporting the office manager.
This is a very varied role and you will be required to work flexibly in order to meet the day to day demands. You will need to deal with telephone enquiries efficiently and professionally, providing an appropriate and courteous response, passing on to the relevant colleague or taking messages when required. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and have excellent keyboard skills.
As a crucial part of our team you will be able to demonstrate good interpersonal and communication skills and be able to work on your own initiative.
About us
The postholder will be based within Hollingowrth Clinic. This is a part time position 30 hours per week over Monday to Friday.
