Job summary

We are looking for a Business Partner to join our Planning and Performance function within our Strategic Delivery Hub. You will have experience in performance management and/or annual planning cycles, as well as experience managing medium scale projects and engaging with staff.

Reporting to the Senior Operational Planning and Performance Business Partners, you will provide expert advice and guidance across operational Networks in relation to business planning, service development and performance improvement of mental health services. You will be an essential part of a team helping drive forward and promote our performance and accountability and business planning frameworks across the Trust.

Main duties of the job

You will be comfortable and capable of communicating with staff at all organisational levels, and confident in articulating the purpose of your role in order to manage expectations and empower people to take ownership of their own service improvement. You will be passionate about quality improvement and exceeding outcomes for patients.

You will be part of a network team leading on the delivery and monitoring the business plan objectives throughout the year and leading and facilitating performance assessment, assurance and reporting to demonstrate effectiveness. You will have a great eye for detail and be able to think creatively to support busy practitioners to come up with solutions to challenges.
