We are looking for individuals who will work with persistent determination to better themselves and the organisation with their contribution to the Resourcing Team.

In order to excel in the role you will have previously worked in an extremely fast paced environment. You will be able to prioritise your workload and deal effectively with key stakeholders at all levels.

Full training and support will be provided for this role, which offers the right individual an opportunity to grow their experience in Recruitment, Temporary Workforce, HR practice, as well as NHS systems in a nurturing and welcoming team.

Main duties of the job

Support the provision of a professional, efficient and integrated recruitment and temporary staffing service.

To administrator all recruitment procedures, including the use of Trac jobs recruitment management system, NHS Jobs, OHIO Fit4Jobs, ESR and to enable effective Trustwide recruitment of staff.

Provide an effective temporary staffing function to support the Trusts requirement for a temporary workforce including the use of HealthRoster BankStaff and Client, ESR STAFFflow, TempRE, SEL-expenses and Sharepoint

To be fully aware of the requirements of NHS check standards, DBS compliance and associated employment legislation.

To be fully aware of the processes and procedures required when booking agency staff to cover shifts.

To deliver world class customer service with the objective of resolving all queries to the department quickly and comprehensively during your first engagement with the customer.

To understand how the delivery of excellent customer service benefits the patient experience.

To understand the responsibility of representing Pennine Care as the first point of contact for many future employees of the Trust.
