Based in either Fulbourn, Huntingdon or Peterborough.We are seeking a dedicated and professional HR Business Partner who will be our Medical Staffing Lead to join our team. In this role, you will work in partnership with the Medical Leadership team, HR Business Partners, and Senior Managers to provide professional, customer-focused HR advice, coaching, and solutions that support the business, including complex caseload management.
Main duties of the job
Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot use public transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs. - Lead on Employee Relations within the Medical & Dental workforce for CPFT and partner organisations, such as Cambridgeshire Community Services NHS Trust.
- Manage and support employment relations cases primarily for medical staff, covering areas such as disciplinaries, capability, Maintaining High Professional Standards, and sickness and absence.
- Take responsibility for the accurate monitoring of workforce reports and support the Medical Staffing team and HR Advisors with any issues identified.
- Identify and manage workforce issues and support major change programs.
- Support the development, integration, and implementation of corporate HR strategy, policy, and practice.
- Assist the Medical Workforce Lead in providing advice and support to the Medical Director and other senior clinicians in applying Human Resources policy and procedures.
- Act as the initial point of contact for Clinical Directors in relation to Employee Relations cases.
