Based inHuntingdon, the FRS provides24-hour access to mental health services for individuals of all ages experiencing a mental health crisis. We are proud to offer rapid, compassionate, and effective support across Peterborough and Cambridgeshire.
We are seeking an experiencedRegistered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)orSocial Worker who is passionate about education, development, and clinical excellence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment and is committed to improving mental health care delivery.
Main duties of the job
- Support the development and advancement of clinical and nursing practice across:
- First Response Service (FRS)
- Integrated Mental Health Team (IMHT)
- Mental Health Joint Response Car (MHJRC)
- Work closely with clinical leadership and management team members.
- Provide mentorship, supervision, and training to staff and students
- Promote evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.
- Be a visible and accessible point of contact, supporting staff induction and competency development.
- Identify learning needs and implement initiatives to enhance patient safety, experience, and staff wellbeing.
- Lead and develop our call auditing programme to support continuous improvement.
- Promote a culture of reflective practice.
