Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic and compassionate Band 4 Support Time Recovery Worker to join our dedicated team at the Cambridge Adult Locality Team.
The ideal candidate will be committed to supporting individuals with severe mental health challenges, and possess a strong understanding of community mental health services. You will work closely with service users, providing recovery-focused interventions, offering practical assistance, and helping to resolve problems, all under the guidance of a senior team member.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will support service users with their recovery journeys through collaborative goal setting with a range of priority health and social needs under the supervision of a senior member of the team.
Help to identify early signs of relapse by monitoring the user's progress, level of functioning and mental state and alert the appropriate staff involved in the individual's care.
Will participate within the multi-disciplinary professional team to deliver safe person-centred care focussing on collaborative therapeutic relationships. This will include social inclusion work.
Maintain adequate records as required by existing procedures, entering appropriate details on the service user's case notes as necessary.
Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence* and have use of a vehicle. You cannot usepublic transport for this role as this is not a reliable form of transport and will not allow you to meet service needs.
