We are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and motivated EDI Peer Trainer to support the EDI team based in Peterborough. If you are looking for a new challenge, want to make a difference and have passion for supporting the equality agenda then we want to hear from you.

The successful candidate will need a can-do flexible approach to work, be a team player, able to work under pressure, have excellent communication skills, be organised and able to prioritise.

Main duties of the job

The EDI Peer Trainer role in the EDI Team will primarily focus on co-production and co-delivery of EDI based courses which are specifically targeted towards CPFT staff, however delivery may also be widened to include students within the wider RCE Wellbeing Hub EDI sessions.

These courses will be a mix of online and face to face teaching and this may be in the community or based in CPFT sites/inpatient wards. Interest permitting you will be expected to deliver training around 75% of your working week.

  • Level of educational to A Level or equivalent
