An exciting opportunity has arisen for an apprentice administrator to join the North Administration hub working within the Primary Care Mental Health Service based in Peterborough. There is flexibility to be based in Huntingdon. Working hours Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:00.

To be successful in this post you will need an excellent telephone manner, basic computer skills, good communication and inter-personal skills, able to work to deadlines, able to carry out tasks following instructions. You will be able to demonstrate commitment to high quality care and service provision. You will also have 4 GCSE's grade D or above including Maths & English or equivalent.
You will receive on the job training and support to achieve the Business and Administration Level 2 Apprenticeship. Our apprenticeship scheme is an ideal opportunity for you to earn while you learn.
The successful candidate will be supporting the directorate with all the administrator skills.
Main duties of the job
Undertake a range of clerical duties including, filing, photocopying, typing, scanning and uploading, franking of post.
Accurately input and retrieve data on the relevant electronic system, in a timely manner in line with the standard operating procedures.
Ensure good customer service by providing a professional and effective service by dealing with queries from service users, carers or staff in person or on the telephone, convey messages and transfer calls as necessary while maintaining confidentiality at all times.
