Job summary

We are pleased to be able to offer an excellent opportunity for an experienced administration/business support professional to join our Learning and Organisational Development team. We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering high quality, effective and efficient business support, as well as coordinating projects that support service improvement initiatives.

You should have experience in a management or leadership role and be prepared to manage a range of competing priorities that support a diverse range of service delivery. This exciting role is an opportunity to be fundamental within this established team providing full business support to the senior management team and co-ordinating the business support for identified projects, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

A good candidate will have a strong administration or business support background that includes experience of working on projects collaboratively with a variety of professionals, as well as a willingness to embrace and implement news ways of working. They will demonstrate the ability to engage, support, motivate and lead others to provide a high quality service.

Main duties of the job

To ensure comprehensive, high quality, effective and efficient business support to the Learning and Organisational Development Senior Leadership Team.

The post holder will play a fundamental role within the team providing full business support to the senior management team and co-ordinating the business support for identified projects, including liaison with internal and external stakeholders.

The post holder will have delegated authority and responsibility to act independently and to handle and deliver local decisions and actions with regards to the business functions of teams.
