The National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery (NHNN) is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Band 6 Senior Theatre Practitioner (Anaesthetic) to join our team. This is an exciting time to join a team working at the forefront of cutting-edge healthcare.

We are proud of our reputation for being the best and we are innovative in our pursuit of better ways of working.Our Theatre Department provides a comprehensive neurosurgical service covering the full range of neurosurgical patients including all cranial, simple, and complex spinal conditions. It specialises in surgery for epilepsy, Parkinson's disease, and other movement disorders. There is an excellent team of radiologists and vascular neurologists performing interventional procedures. The theatre department comprises of 6 theatres, plus Interventional Magnetic Resonance Imaging. The recovery area has 9 beds.

Main duties of the job

The successful candidates will have excellent communication skills and an ability to put their patients at the centre of care demonstrating kindness and patience. A desire to learn is essential and will see you excelling in your field.
