An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Occupational Health & Wellbeing Department.
The University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (UCLH) Occupational Health (OH) is a confidential and impartial non-emergency service that provides support to staff by protecting and promoting their health and well-being at work.
The Occupational Health service involves a multi-disciplinary team approach. This includes collaborative working with OH nurses, Physicians, Physical Activities Lead, Staff Physiotherapy services and Ergonomic DSE services. We also work closely with Human Resources, Staff Psychology & Welfare Services, Health & Safety, Manual Handling and Infection and Prevention Control teams to support the wider health and wellbeing of staff including the promotion of healthy lifestyles and behaviours.
We are looking for applicants who are motivated, have good communication skills and have the ability to work on their own and as part of a team. This is a position whereby you will be working towards the Business Administrator apprenticeship Level 3.
Main duties of the job
This new role will report to the Admin Team Leader / Operations Manager and provide important assistance and administrative support to some key initiatives for the department. These include:o Assisting the Occupational Health & Wellbeing team with general administration duties.o Dealing with incoming and outgoing post on a daily basiso Assisting in the production of accurate and timely correspondenceo Dealing with enquiries either by phone or in person promptly and efficientlyo Assisting and supporting other members of staff within the specialty (includingReception work) as required in order to provide a positive client experience
