We are pleased to announce this exciting opportunity to recruit one full time Trust grade registrar ST3+ position to join Head and Neck Surgical specialties. The post expected to start date is October 2026 for 12 months.
The on-call Rota is a full shift system to cover the Maxillofacial admissions. We encourage applications from individuals who are dual qualified doctors (equivalent to ST3) wishing to pursue a career in Head & Neck Surgery.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide care for both Head and Neck, Maxillofacial and ENT patients. The Rota allows the post holder to have the opportunity to gain significant Head and Neck Cancer experience including reconstructive free flap surgery (around eight major cases performed per month), facial trauma and aesthetic facial surgery.
Applicants will also be encouraged to participate in the extensive teaching, research, audit and service improvement within UCL collaboration projects around individual development requirements and the need of the service.
