Job summary
This is to advertise a fixed term position.
This role provides a high level of personal administrative support to our senior management team, as well as providing support for individual pieces of work and projects for other members of the division, including the consultant body and senior nursing team. As well as the PA aspect of the role, it's very much a Team Support role.
A large part of the role is relationship building, both with your colleagues and with staff working in other areas of the Trust. You will be expected to work with other Divisional PA's in the board to help build a strong supportive group of professionals that help and support each other.
Please note that due to the nature of the role, the majority of the postholder's time will need to be spent onsite. We do offer flexible working options however.
Main duties of the job
You will work alongside the Divisional PA to support them in the organisational tasks that the division requires. You will also be required to have a level of knowledge to explain and guide members of the division through the different systems we use at the Trust.
We expect you to be hard working, engaged and supportive towards your colleagues. You will have to learn and practice a number of different administrative and system functions, and to offer feedback and suggestions to improve the service.
You will be responsible for organising several meetings, as well as distributing documentation and taking minutes for them.
