Job summary
We are looking for a motivated customer focused individual who will assist the Medical Workforce team to deliver excellent customer service to our resident doctors coming into the trust while delivering our strategy and meeting our monthly KPIs.As a small team we are the main source of any resident doctor and locally employed doctors queries. You must therefore have strong organisational skills and attention to detail. We are looking for a candidate with the ability to manage competing priorities especially when there are large rotations.
Main duties of the job
This role requires an understanding of the terms and conditions of resident doctors. The successful applicant must be able to work both on site and at home to cover.The person should have the following qualities/abilities:o You must be able to prioritise your work load especially during busy periods and work to tight deadlineso Understand the terms and conditions of resident doctorso Able to use excel and other databases including ESR is essentialo Ideally have some NHS experience although this is not essentialo Be proactive in their approacho Has experience in a customer focused environment
