Job summary
We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated Band 3 Team Administrator to join the Women's Health Research team at UCLH.We are looking for someone with excellent administrative and organisational skills to help deliver our world-class research.
The post holder will work with the clinical research team to support our large portfolio of studies. The role will involve general administrative tasks including maintaining site files, ensuring recruitment is recorded accurately, generating progress reports, completing data collection, coordinating end-of-study archiving, organising and minuting team meetings, and directing general enquiries. The post holder will also support screening, recruitment and sample processing. This is a varied and important role within the team that helps to ensure safe, accurate and efficient delivery of our research.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will require excellent IT abilities, with a high level of written and verbal communication skills. They be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be able to take their own initiative. All tasks will be in accordance with UK research legislation and Good Clinical Practice guidelines.
