An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated individual to apply for the role of band 7 Sister/Charge Nurse on our orthopaedic trauma ward at UCLH. T14 north is a 19 bed surgical ward providing specialist care to non elective orthopaedic trauma patients as part of a holistic multidisciplinary care. We are seeking an exceptional and experienced leader with excellent clinical skills, to join our team as band 7 ward sister to lead and manage the ward nursing team.

We are looking for a forward thinking, enthusiastic and innovative nurse who will be able to lead and motivate the nursing team in the provision of high quality patient focussed care. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and friendly and be able to demonstrate clinical leadership skills.
