With an emphasis on cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based interventions, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), you will deliver individual and group interventions that significantly improve patients' quality of life. Main duties of the job
Provide expert psychological assessments and interventions to adult patients with complex audiological disorders.Lead individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based models like CBT, ACT, and MBCT.Supervise junior psychologists, trainees, and multidisciplinary team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning.Collaborate on innovative research projects related to audiology and contribute to the development of new treatment methodologies.Work autonomously while supporting the Head of Service in the management and clinical leadership of the team.Liaise with internal departments and external agencies to ensure coordinated care for patients.
