Job summary
The Corporate Nursing Division is the office of the Chief Nurse, providing professional leadership and standards of practice to the 4,000 Nurses, Midwives, Nursing Assistants and Healthcare Support Workers within UCLH Trust. The division consists of the Nursing & Midwifery Workforce Team, Nursing Education Team, Quality and Safety Team and Research & Professional Practice.
The Nursing & Midwifery Workforce team in UCLH is seeking to appoint an experienced Workforce Nurse - Recruitment and Retention with outstanding leadership skills and a passion for staff development, engagement, and retention. You will have a key role in supporting the delivery of excellence in healthcare by ensuring we have the right number of staff, with the right skills, values, and behaviours at the right time and in the right place.

Main duties of the job
As an integral part of the Nursing & Midwifery workforce team, you would be supporting our current strategy and developing and implementing new approaches to nurse recruitment and retention, as well as opportunities for nurse led research in relation to recruitment and retention initiatives to enhance our workforce, ensuring our organisation remains a destination of choice.
