The UCH Education Centre is a major provider of courses, programmes and eventsand has one of the best resourced training facilities in the NHS comprising a suite ofwell-appointed conference rooms and a leading-edge learning hospital suite. We caterfor both UCLH staff and external clients and deliver a significant amount toward theDirectorate's income targets through room hire, catering, events management and AVservice fees.
We are seeking a highly organised individual who has excellent customer serviceskills. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating courses falling under theUCLH Endoscopy Academy and will support Education Centre front-of-houseservices, ensuring that all staff and external customers receive a high-qualityexperience when using the Education Centre facilities.
Main duties of the job
With administrative and customer facing experience, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and customer service skills; show strong organisational capabilities; and be able to use IT to manage information efficiently and effectively.Previous experience working in an education context is desirable.
We would like the member of staff to start immediately, and the position is expected to last until 30th June 2025.
Please note the role requires shift work and the member of staff needs to be flexibleworking Monday - Friday on either the early shift (07:45-15:45) or late shift (10:00-18:00). This is a hybrid working role, and the post holder will be expected to workonsite 3-4 days a week.
