Job summary
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the dynamic leadership team as matron at the Royal National ENT and Eastman Dental Hospitals within University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
As a key member of the senior management team your role will be to provide inspirational and visible clinical leadership to our ENT and Dental Nursing teams whilst operationally delivering on key Trust clinical standards and targets related to patient flow.
Main duties of the job
We are looking for an individual with an exceptional record of leading nursing teams who champions the patient experience and has experience of developing nurse led services.
Working closely with two deputy matrons you will be responsible for leading the ENT and Dental sisters in the delivery of a modernised, high quality, safe, effective, evidence based patient service.
