Job summary

The UCLH LMS Team are looking for an experienced LMS (Learning Management System) System's Administrator to join their team.

We are looking for someone with an in-depth knowledge and experience of working with the Totara LXP, managing large complex databases and experience with project management.

Main duties of the job

The successful applicant will be enthusiastic about completing their work to a high standard and accurately. They will be a team-player who can also work independently, ability to problem solve with our colleagues and managing competing priorities and deadlines.

They will bring exceptional organisational skills that will help them manage a varied workload. Excellent IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel, will be essential to helping you succeed in this role.

You will be reporting to and supported by our experienced LMS Manager.

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent level of experience of working at a similar level in specialist area
  • Knowledge and understanding of a data warehouse
  • System Management Experience with Totara Learn & LXP (Learning Experience Platform)

Desirable

  • Knowledge of Electronic Staff Records (ESR)
  • Experience working in an information setting in the NHS

Experience and IT Skills

  • Experience in using a Learning Management System (LMS)
