The UCLH and Whittington Health collaboration aims to improve the quality, safety and experience of services provided to local people served by Whittington Health and UCLH in Haringey, Islington, and Camden and beyond. As such, we are now looking for a Programme Director to lead on the further development and implementation of our strategy for collaboration.
Main duties of the job
The post-holder will provide both strategic and programme leadership to drive forward the collaboration. They will be responsible for both delivery of individual collaboration initiatives and a wider range of organisational development and other enabling workstreams to ensure the success of the partnership. The Programme Director will be required to make clear decisions based on the challenges and barriers presented to them to maintain the forward momentum of the collaboration.
As the successful candidate, you will have experience of implementing large scale projects and be able to manage complex change with multiple stakeholders. With a proven track record of delivering both operational and strategic change, the successful candidate will also bring significant senior management experience, coupled with a desire to help transform and improve front line services.
