Job summary

An exciting new position has been created in the Telemetry Unit at Queen Square. This is a joint post based on our strong belief that ward sisters and charge nurses are in a unique position to provide excellent clinical care and expertise within their specialty. The post holder will share their time between providing clinical leadership and management on the 7 bedded Telemetry Unit and the role of Epilepsy Clinical Nurse Specialist at Queen Square.

Main duties of the job

We are looking for a forward thinking, passionate, enthusiastic nurse who has the ability to be autonomous, lead, and contribute to improving the epilepsy service at UCLH by impacting on nurse led care across the patient pathway. The post-holder will work closely with nursing and allied health professionals on Telemetry Ward and will be supported by an established team of nurse specialists, as well as Consultant neurologists, and members of the wider multidisciplinary team at NHNN.
