Job summary

We invite applicants to join our team of rotational pharmacists in providing front-line medicines management to UCL Hospitals. You will benefit from our continually evolving foundation programme which will provide first class training and development. Our accreditation as a site for delivery of the Postgraduate Diploma in General Pharmacy Practice, through the Joint Programme Board higher education institutes, offers you the opportunity to work within a structured programme of development with progression towards formal postgraduate qualifications. You will achieve this by way of rotations through all the core disciplines of hospital pharmacy practice, including medicines information and patient, clinical and technical services, and have the opportunity to work closely with your peers in other centres across London.

Main duties of the job

You will work in, and contribute to, multidisciplinary patient care at all levels across the large range of clinical specialties that UCLH has to offer, and will participate in audit and project work, developing key skills as you progress.

Delivery of a demanding on-call service will also enhance your prioritisation, decision making, and opinion forming skills.
