This is an exciting opportunity for someone interested in working in both a training and digital healthcare role to support our Electronic Health Record (Epic) system which went live in April 2019. We are looking for a skilled, experiencedand enthusiastic principal trainer to join our innovative Epic Training team.

Main duties of the job
As a Senior Principal Trainer, you will design and deliver Epic training to staff across all professions. A good understanding of key clinical workflows and terminology is therefore required, with clinical experience desirable. You will lead on the design and delivery of allocated Epic training courses; help create Epic eLearning; assist with quality improvement projects relating to Epic design and implementation; work closely with specialist leads and educators, and be part of the Epic superuser community we have here at UCLH. As part of this role, you will also need to undertake and complete a formal Epic qualification.
You will also lead the MST development across the Epic training team.
You will also undertake the line management of our credential trainer team.
