About the Role

As an Employee Services Administrator, you will be part of a centralised hub, providing high-quality administrative support across the full range of HR transactional activities. You'll be supporting staff and managers across all regions, ensuring that our processes are timely, accurate, and aligned with policy and service standards. Your work will help ensure that our People & Culture Directorate continues to deliver a consistent, responsive and dependable service to the organisation.

Main duties of the job

  • Managing and responding to HR transactional requests, ensuring all work meets agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Preparing HR documents and letters in line with policies, procedures and legal requirements.
  • Acting as a point of contact for internal HR enquiries via phone and email, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Updating case management systems, maintaining accurate records, and tracking outstanding actions.
  • Supporting the HR team with document searches (e.g. SAR, GDPR, Datix).
  • Drafting and maintaining process flows, templates and best-practice documentation to support consistent HR service delivery.
  • Participating in meetings and taking minutes when required.
