We are looking for individuals who will contribute to providing a high quality recruitment service across all areas of the Trust. Providing excellent customer service and strong administration skills to support applicants through their recruitment journey. Putting patient care and customer service at the heart of everything you do.

You will be completing a 16 month apprenticeship with guaranteed progression into the recruitment coordinator (band 4) role once qualified. On completion, will have successfully obtained a level 3 CIPD in HR support. You will have a dedicated mentor and be part of an enthusiastic and devoted recruitment team to help guide you through your apprenticeship .

Main duties of the job

  • To work as part of a team in our fast paced Recruitment team, you will provide a professional, high quality Recruitment service to members of staff and managers.
  • To provide administrative support at each stage of the recruitment process.
  • To act as a key point of contact for all prospective LAS applicants and hiring managers
  • To work collaboratively with the recruitment coordinators attending and facilitating assessment centres and recruitment outreach events.
  • To ensure compliance across all recruitment activities.
