An exciting opportunity has arisen to join Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services within the London Borough of Enfield as CAMHs Service Lead following the internal career development move of the previous post holder.
CAMHs in Enfield is facing an exciting and key point in its development; embracing the development and delivery of high quality evidenced based treatment models and care pathways to help address the needs of children and young people in Enfield in a responsive and timely manner. The CAMHs Service Lead has overall management responsibility for operational and service matters for community based CAMHs Teams and providing strategic and organisational leadership for the service.
Main duties of the job
This post is part of the local borough CAMHs Senior Leadership Team and key members of the divisional management group. The post holder will be responsible for the highest standard of care and services for children and young people with mental health problems and their families. The post holder will contribute fully to the operational, management and governance structure of Enfield CAMHS, including borough services, Services for Adolescents and Families (SAFE), Getting Help and More Help ITHRIVE pathways, the service for Children and Adolescents with Neuro disability (SCAN), Mental Health Support Team (MHST) and Community CAMHs.
