Job summary

The post holder will provide an effective and efficient administrative service within a fast-paced Learning and Organisational Development Team. They will be using a HR Information System/Learning Management System (HRIS/LMS) to support customers in training administration, including enrolment, cancellation and completion of training and e-learning.

Reporting to the OD Partner the successful applicant will ensure that all learning enquiries and administration tasks are completed to a timely and high standard.

  • Educated to Level 4 Diploma in a relevant subject or equivalent level of qualification or significant equivalent previous proven experience

Skills/ Abilities

  • Clear communicator with excellent writing, data entry and presentation skills: capable of constructing and delivering clear information/ instructions to staff and service users
  • Ability to work at pace in a busy working environment and able to multi-task
  • Effective team working
