Job summary
An exciting vacancy has arisen for a full time Personal Assistant who will provide a fully comprehensive and highly efficient, quality service supporting Enfield's Managing Director and Clinical Director.
We are looking for a creative and organised individual who has previous experience as a personal assistant at a senior level.
This PA role is will require you to be highly organised, reliable, efficient and flexible in your approach to the role. working on your own initiative as well as working effectively as a part of the PA team to the senior managers.
You will perform varied tasks for the Managing Director and Clinical Director, which will include proactive forward planning, diary management, setting up meetings, fielding telephone calls and e-mails, preparing agenda's minute taking, following up actions, preparing reports/presentations for division and board level as required.
You will be expected to exercise good judgement and initiative when communicating with other senior managers, outside agencies as well as managing complex relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Note: Interviews will take place on 12th July, 2023.
Main duties of the job
- You will need to be able to use your initiative and plan your own workload in a way that supports the business program of the Enfield Managing Director and Clinical Director In addition,
- you will be expected to exercise judgment and initiative when communicating with other senior managers, Trusts and outside agencies,
- To act as a focal point for queries on behalf of and in the absence of the Enfield Managing Director and Clinical Director,
- To be confident and have an engaging telephone/email manner and the ability to act in a proactive manner are essential.
- The role will involve working independently, supporting the Enfield Managing Director and Clinical Director in managing complex relationships with external and internal stakeholders
- Provide a full PA service to the Enfield Managing Director and Clinical Director including the taking of, minutes, dictation, typing, word processing, photocopying, scanning and filing; the production of reports/collating of data as and when requested.
- Manage, Enfield Managing Director and Clinical Director diary, including the arranging of any meetings taking account of time constraints and the commitments/priorities.

- Be flexible to the needs of the service and provide cover for all aspect of administrative work for the senior management team as required.
