Job summary
We are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and experience Senior Data Engineer is a new role that will work across both Barnet, Enfield and Haringey (BEH) and Camden and Islington (CandI) mental health trusts and the postholder support the accelerated expansion of the Partnership's business intelligence platform and advanced analytical capability to deliver the aims of the Partnership's Digital Strategic Plan.

Main duties of the job
- Lead on the development of information systems and data resources across our technical environment. The role will involve the detailed analysis and understanding of complex technical and business requirements across multiple services within the Trust.
- Responsible to carry out regular reviews of the new Microsoft Azure platform and legacy SQL Server data warehouse setup to develop and maintain a common data architecture asset including framework, principle, guideline and template to ensure the data architecture is kept up to date in line with the business requirements. Maintaining and evolving the Trust's data warehouse and business intelligence platform to support the provision of central information, performance and intelligence, with specific focus on the development of a modern data platform that will underpin accelerated modernisation of the trust's reporting and analytical capability.
- Responsible for building data processes and entities that will facilitate the trust migrating from legacy reporting to self-service analytics, clinically-focused analytics and AI-augmented care. They will be pivotal to the continued success and investment into BI tools and data platforms across the Trust and wider partnership. Technical development and maintenance will be required across any of these areas and therefore this role requires a breadth and depth of technical knowledge to support this complex environment.
