Job summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual, who is ready for their next exciting challenge. You will be a key member of the OD and Inclusion team, promoting Equality, Diversity and Inclusion and organisational development to give all our colleagues across the Trust. It's all about creating a sense of belonging.

We are currently accepting applications for the role - Band 4 OD & Inclusion Administrator for 30 hours per week, offering hybrid and flexible working opportunities.

Main duties of the job

What's the role?

As our OD & Inclusion Administrator, you'll be the foundation of the Organisational Development (OD) and Inclusion Team, supporting us to deliver transformative projects around inclusion, staff training programmes and innovative improvement schemes that will make the ROH the provider of choice for both our staff and patients.

The ability to organise and prioritise is essential, coordinating workshops, staff networks, booking rooms, juggling diaries, collating data and creating reports, working to a deadline, all whilst remaining a positive people person.

As the Admin coordinator, you'll be the go-to person for making sure our diversity and inclusion plans run smoothly to ensure that every team member feels seen, heard and valued, so alongside possessing excellent admin skills having an understanding of the principles and value of equality, diversity and inclusion in the workplace is crucial.

A can-do, proactive, solution focused attitude.

Previous admin and coordination experience

Can prioritise tasks, and escalate if and when appropriate to do so.

Great communication skills, be able to liaise between teams, initiatives and individuals from the new starter to the CEO.

A genuine passion for equality, diversity and inclusion.

IT skills and familiarity with all Microsoft office tools.
