As a small Trust, you'll get to see the impact of your work and make real change for our colleagues and patients. You'll also have the opportunity to develop, shape and demonstrate your skills and creativity in this role whilst meeting our ambitious people plan and Trust strategy.

Main duties of the job

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES1. Support the development, implementation and delivery of the Trust's People Plan in line with the strategic and operational plans, including undertaking specific projects and delivering agreed priorities2. Form strong working relationships with managers and leaders across the Trust to develop and deliver an effective OD and Inclusion agenda3. Using your inclusion and OD expertise, work in partnership with stakeholders to design innovative OD and Inclusion initiatives that support the development of the Trust's culture which is values led and focused on continuous improvement4. To manage, coordinate and lead in a business partnering manner on OD and Inclusion, initiatives with internal divisional leads whilst developing their capacity and sustainability.5. Use specialist knowledge and a range of OD methodology and techniques to lead and deliver interventions; including inclusion and cultural and behavioral change interventions, change programmes, coaching, development centres, delivery of bespoke team sessions, etc
