Job summary
We are looking for full time Band 4 Nursing Associate. Ward 12 is a 17 bedded facility which offers a comprehensive range of orthopaedic treatments from our well-respected surgeons. As Nursing Associate, you will play an important role in providing holistic care to a diverse patient group with complex musculoskeletal, spinal and oncology conditions. You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to continually enhance patient experience and provide high quality, evidence-based and compassionate care.

Main duties of the job
Work at all times in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Standards of Practice for Nursing Associates and all other prescribed behaviors, revalidation and relevant professional guidelines, independently / autonomously and at times without direct supervision.2. Be accountable for their own professional actions and those delegated to others.3. Ensure accurate assessment of patient care needs, development of care plans, implementing and evaluating care based on the patient needs.4. Achieve and maintain competence in identified mandatory andstatutory training; develop and maintain clinical competencies, skillsand knowledge which relate to the area of clinical practice (i.e.venepuncture, cannulation, ECG, urethral catheterization care and any other relevant duties).5. Administer medication (oral, topical, inhaled, SC, IM, PR and enteral feeding tube)
