Job summary

We have a new exciting opportunity at the Royal Orthopaedic Hospital for a Critical Care Services Clinical Practice Facilitator, working along side High Dependency and Rapid Response (Outreach).

This important and exciting role will focus on education, training and development by working collaboratively with Critical Care Services and the Trusts Clinical Education Team. This will enable staff to develop and enhance their skills and practice within the Critical Care demographic.

We are looking for a driven individual with extensive experience within Critical Care, who will share and respect our vales We are seeking someone who is engaging, enthusiastic and organised. You will be an autonomous individual who will be required to build strong links with colleagues from the Education Team and MDT in order to develop effective working practices in line with your role. Main duties of the job

With support from the Senior nursing team within critical care services, the post holder will contribute to the development and delivery of clinical education to the Multidiciplinary workforce within Critical Care services and work in collaboration with the Workforce and Education Lead to offer support to the wider workforce witihn the ROH.

The post holder will act as a resource and provide support to Critical Care Services at ROH on all issues relating to clinical and professional practice.
