We are pleased to offer the opportunity to join our team within the Sterile Services & Decontamination Unit at Lostock, Bolton, as a Team Leader.
We currently have the following vacancy available:o 1 x Permanent Team Leader - 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7am-3pm

Main duties of the job
As a Team Leader, you will be supported to undertake all aspects of training within the department. This will equip you with the technical knowledge, skills and understanding needed to carry out the wide range of tasks required in Sterile Services. The role demands a high level of numeracy, accurate record-keeping and strong attention to detail.
You will work closely with customers and colleagues at all levels across Salford Royal Foundation Trust and Wrightington, Wigan & Leigh Teaching Hospitals Foundation Trust sites, building positive working relationships and ensuring a high-quality service.
We are looking for someone who is proactive in identifying opportunities to improve processes and procedures within the unit. Your contribution will help us maintain effective and efficient ways of working, supporting the continuous improvement of service quality and performance.
