Job summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised individual to join our clerical team for 22.5 hours on a permanent basis.
The role involves providing administrative and clerical support to the Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy Service and participating in the organisation and monitoring of the office workload. This post will be based at Leigh HC on Mondays and Fridays and Platt Bridge HC on either a Wednesday or Thursday.
This vacancy may close earlier than the specified closing date if a high volume of suitable applications are received.
Evidence of qualifications listed on the person specification will be required and interview and during the on-boarding process.
Main duties of the job
- Duties will include manning reception and dealing with telephone enquiries as well as using the SystmOne, Choose and Book, Patient Centre and HIS computer systems to input referrals and manage clinic appointments.
- To provide administrative and clerical support to the physiotherapy service.
- To participate in the organisation and monitoring of the office workload
