This is an exciting opportunity to join our Corporate Nursing Division and play a key role in driving quality, improvement, and excellence across the Trust. As Project Coordinator, you will be at the heart of our accreditation, quality, and patient experience programmes, supporting initiatives that directly influence the safety, outcomes, and experiences of our patients.
You will work closely with the Corporate Quality Senior Nursing Team, providing high-level project management, coordination, and organisational support to ensure that our systems, processes, and governance structures run smoothly and effectively. This is a dynamic and varied role where no two days are the same. You'll use your advanced administrative, analytical, and project skills to help shape and deliver work that truly matters.

Main duties of the job
In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you will play a key part in shaping the quality of care delivered across the Trust. As Project Coordinator, you will provide project management, coordination, and high-level administrative support to the Corporate Quality Senior Nursing Team, contributing to programmes that directly influence patient safety, experience, and outcomes.
A central part of the role involves gathering, analysing, and preparing high-quality data and evidence for accreditation visits. Your work will highlight strengths, identify improvements, and drive actions that enhance care across our wards. You will develop robust systems, produce clear reports and audit tools, and ensure teams are well prepared for quality reviews.
You will manage multiple projects, coordinate key meetings and events, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely follow-up of actions. Working autonomously, you will prioritise your workload, support electronic quality monitoring systems, and build strong working relationships across the organisation.
Alongside this, you will provide essential PA-level support to senior nursing leaders, ensuring effective diary management, communication, and governance. You will also support junior administrative staff, contributing to a positive, high-performing team environment.
