Administration and reception at Fertility Fusion
Provide Administrative and clerical/ reception support to the Administration Team at Fertility Fusion
Main duties of the job
To provide a confidential, administrative and clerical service to the Fertility Fusion team.
To cover general reception duties including booking patients in and out of clinics, arranging follow-up appointments as required and coding of outcomes.
Have a good knowledge of the basic computer packages.
Responsible for pulling, preparing and filing notes for clinics.
Ensuring all patient details are correct, including checking the central SPINE and updating as necessary.
Registering new patients and allocation of appropriate appointments and/or cancellation and re-booking as per patient choice.
Maintaining confidentiality as per GDPR and HFEA regulations.
Supporting the service with a flexible attitude and provide cover for colleagues during annual leave and sickness
