Job summary
The post holder will provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Patient Flow Senior Management Team and also provide support to other members of the team when necessary.
Evidence of qualifications listed in the person specification will be requested at interview and during the onboarding process.
Please note that if you are an internal applicant, you are required to secure agreement from your manager to take up this fixed term position on a secondment basis, in order to ensure you are able to return to your substantive position at the end of the contract. To be a fully participating team member providing support and full confidential secretarial and administrative support to the Wrightington Patient Flow Team.

- Experience in using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access and Microsoft Outlook on a regular basis.
- Experience of communications with varied levels of staff and disciplines.
- Experience of working in a busy office environment and dealing with rapidly changing requirements and competing priorities.
- Ability to deal with sensitive and confidential information
- Ability to develop databases and spreadsheets
