We are looking for an enthusiastic person to come and work within the Think Family Safeguarding Service Admin Team on a permanent contract of 30 hours per week.
Would you like to obtain a qualification whilst working within the team? We would encourage applications from those who wish to undertake an apprenticeship to apply, working in the team for 22.5 hours per week with day release to attend college. You will be supported to achieve the relevant apprenticeship level, gaining a qualification, whilst having the opportunity to develop your administrative and safeguarding skills and knowledge.
Applicants who do not wish to undertake an apprenticeship or would like to consider this option in the future are still very welcome to apply.
Main duties of the job
The role will involve a range of administrative office duties to ensure the smooth running of the service by supporting the wider organisation. You will be required to maintain a high standard of professionalism working to our WWL Trust's values.

The postholder will provide administrative support across Think Family Safeguarding Service, working alongside administrative colleagues and in conjunction with safeguarding professionals, following departmental processes to support the delivery of a high standard administrative provision.
The post holder will be involved the completion of day-to-day administration work throughout the full range of duties involved. There is a requirement to manage and be considerate at all times of the sensitive and confidential nature of information provided to and by the service. The post holder will be using a variety of software programs including Word, Excel, and various patient data systems.
The post holder will be required to liaise with staff within and outside the organisation as appropriate, including all professionals within the Think Family Safeguarding Service, together with being responsible for the effective communication and distribution of information as delegated and appropriate to a wide range of recipients.
