An exciting opportunity has arisen within our Community Division, we are looking for a dynamic, motivated, forward thinking Registered Nurse or Allied Health Professional who would be interested in a new leadership challenge. As Team Lead for Community Services you would have a great opportunity to join, lead and influence the ongoing development of our community services. This is a permanent full time post (37.5 hours) to be worked across Monday-Friday between service hours of 08.30-17.30
The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management and co-ordination of an allocated portfolio of community services, and will have a portfolio of community services that to support as Team Lead, offering leadership, guidance and support to staff within the teams.
Direct line management will be provided by an Operational Manager, close links will also be made with the Quality Lead working in our co-production model to ensure best practice and high quality care is provided to patients.
Main duties of the job
To be responsible as Team Lead for the operational management and co-ordination of multiple community services and ensuring high quality, safe and effective care.
To assist and support the Operational Manager and Quality Lead in achieving operational, clinical, professional, organisational and national objectives.
The successful candidate would have the autonomy to act independently and is responsible for leadership, maintaining and improving all aspects of clinical governance, evidence based practice and quality assurance.
