Job summary

We are looking for a Nursing Auxiliary to join the WWL family on our Paediatric Outpatients Department. We are for somebody who is conscientious, enthusiastic, friendly person to join our team at Wigan on a permanent basis. Ideally you would have previous experience within a healthcare setting, have excellent communication and organisational skills with the ability to work independently.

Main duties of the job

Function as a member of the Multi-disciplinary Team by assisting the registered nurse in the health care provision for sick children/babies and their families. Development of self to meet the evolving needs of the service, ensuring efficient and effective use of all resources. To provide good general "house-keeping" duties under the direction of trained staff.
