We are seeking an experienced and motivated leader to manage a portfolio of interconnected wellbeing programmes, including psychological wellbeing, MSK, menopause support, financial wellbeing and resilience. You will be responsible for delivering programmes of work against tight deadlines, national targets and internal governance requirements. The post holder will work closely with stakeholders and the wider People Directorate, leading improvement cycles and measuring real-world impact.

Main duties of the job

With significant experience in health and wellbeing and employee experience, you will be:o Working closely with key stakeholders to deliver the organisation wide strategic approach to workforce wellbeing.o Setting priorities based on workforce intelligence, clinical pressures, population health, organisational culture assessments and staff feedback.o Advising on wellbeing risks, mitigations, trends and required organisational and Care Group actionso Leading annual wellbeing planning cycles and providing senior expertise on a range of topics in relation to staff wellbeing and experienceo Focussing on prevention programmes in key areas that impact staff experience wellbeing such as burnout mitigation, stress prevention and civility

  • Masters level qualification, study or equivalent experience in a relevant subject area e.g. Psychology, public health, health and wellbeing, Human Resources Management/Development or Organisational Development

Desirable

  • Experience of designing and/or delivering interventions related to stress and musculo-skeletal difficulties, including health promotion and prevention
  • Experience of commissioning, managing, or overseeing external providers and services.
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement, co-design and staff engagement methodologies.
